Car group 🚙💨
The HSSR car group handles the search and rescue teams vehicles, both during exercises and on call. Members of the group drive in a variety of conditions, from snowy mountain roads to off-road routes, and emphasise the safe and efficient use of the vehicle fleet.
The group also handles light maintenance of the vehicles and keeps them in good condition for calls. Regular training is organised in off-road driving, driving in challenging conditions, and the use of aids such as GPS in blind driving.
The car group leaders oversee the renewal and upgrading of the vehicle fleet, ensuring that equipment is in good condition and that the squad is always well prepared for any task. 🚜🔧
