HSSR Board – Organization and Role ⚖️📋

The board of the Reykjavík Scout Auxiliary manages the troop's affairs between general meetings and ensures its professional and efficient operations.

The board consists of seven members elected at the annual general meeting: a village leader, a treasurer and five co-chairs. The board is responsible for policy development, finances, meeting preparation and oversees the village's operations and assets.

The village leader calls and chairs board meetings, and board meetings are held regularly to make decisions concerning the village's activities.
