How are legislative changes made?

Bylaws are important for adapting the rules of the club to changing times and needs. The club's bylaws may only be amended at a legal general meeting with the required majority of votes according to the club's bylaws.

  • Proposals for changes to the bylaws must be submitted to the board of directors a certain time before the annual general meeting.
  • The club's bylaws are revised as needed and always accessible to the club's members.

📌 Further information on the procedure for amending the law can be found in the company's bylaws.

If you have questions about the club's bylaws or would like to submit a proposal for change, you can contact the club's board.
