General terms and conditions for fireworks sales

Delivery

By law, we can only deliver fireworks during our opening hours December 28-31. Fireworks will be delivered to our Giant Fireworks Market at Malarhöfði 6. Please give us 4 hours to prepare your order. Please note that by regulation, we can only deliver orders to those 18 years and older and after December 28. If you are unable to pick up your products during this time, please contact us and we will try to find solutions.

Right of return

Products cannot be returned unless they are intact, and a credit will be given for the same amount as the purchase price, upon presentation of a receipt.

If there are defects in a product or if a customer suspects that the product is defective, we ask the customer to notify us immediately.

Payments

All payments through our online store are made through the secure payment site Straumur and we do not store the payer's card number.

Hjálparsveit skáta í Reykjavík (HSSR) does not accept responsibility for incorrect prices that may be on the site. HSSR reserves the right to cancel an order if it is discovered that the product has been incorrectly priced.

Security

Always use appropriate safety equipment and follow the instructions on our products.

Processing of personal data

User personal information will not be provided to third parties.

Defense Assembly

This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be settled by the Reykjavík District Court. These terms and conditions are effective from 16.12.2016
