You can still buy Skjóti Róti without paper and thus support the Landsbjörg Áramótskógur Forest.

Roots in the Sky Roots are a new way to support the powerful and important volunteer work of the rescue teams. Each Roots results in a tree being planted in the buyer's name, with the support of the Icelandic Forestry Association, in a new Áramótáskóg forest of the Landsbjörg Accident Prevention Association. All proceeds from the sale of Roots go to the rescue teams. Roots are available at our fireworks sales points throughout the country.

All trees sold will be planted regardless of whether they are picked up or not.
